Alexandre de Selys

I hold a Master’s Degree in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and an LLM for the College of Europe, Bruges.

I joined Verlinvest in September 2021 as Corporate and M&A legal counsel. Previously, I worked as a lawyer at the Magic Circle firm Linklaters LLP in Brussels for ten years, where I focused mostly on private and public M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.

My role at Verlinvest is primarily to assist the investment team with all legal aspects relating to the evaluation of investment opportunities and the implementation of investment and divestment decisions, including the review and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents. I also assist the entities of the Verlinvest group with general corporate matters.
